Kimisskorlam aggregates trending topics in Bangladesh from third-party sources — including Reddit, Google Trends, and X — and presents AI-generated summaries, momentum indicators, and a personalized "catch-up" digest of what a reader missed.

AI-generated content. Summaries, "why trending" explanations, and conflict/claim comparisons shown on the site are generated automatically by AI models grounded in the source articles we've collected. They're a starting point, not a substitute for reading the original reporting — they can be incomplete or occasionally inaccurate. Always check the linked sources before treating a summary as authoritative, especially for anything consequential.

Third-party content. Article titles, excerpts, and links point to reporting we don't produce and don't control. We aren't responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party sources, and linking to them isn't an endorsement.

You can use most of the site without an account. If you sign in via Google, GitHub, Facebook, or X, you're responsible for keeping that provider account secure — we don't hold or see your password. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate anyone else.

By commenting or voting on the site, you agree not to:

• Post content that's illegal, defamatory, harassing, or hateful.
• Post spam, or attempt to manipulate votes or rankings.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service.

We may remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.

Subscribing to the weekly brief (by email or WhatsApp) is opt-in and requires confirming your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message, or by replying STOP on WhatsApp — both take effect immediately.

The Kimisskorlam name, logo, and our own original content (summaries, design, and software) belong to us. Third-party article content belongs to its original publishers. Comments you post remain yours, but by posting you grant us a license to display them on the service.

We may show ads served by Google AdSense where enabled. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated summaries or momentum data will always be accurate or complete. Trending topics, by nature, involve fast-moving and sometimes disputed information — use your own judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kimisskorlam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or aggregated content.

We may update these terms or the service itself as Kimisskorlam evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
